The Dead Betties Voodoo Birthday Party

The Dead Betties were among my first friends in New York City so, Josh Starr’s birthday would be cause for celebration any day of the week. Cakeshop (1/5/08) was packed to the back of the room. Energy was high all night as friends and strangers alike were dancing and sweating all over each other. Fake Hooker, Winning Looks, Fur Cups for Teeth, The Dead Betties and The Black Tie Party. Talk about a killer lineup. FCFT dressed up as voodoo priestesses and brought a doll for everyone to put curses on. Happy Birthday Josh!!
